The King and his Treasure...

in case you think I write poems very fast, lemme tell you, I don't. This (and the last) are ones I wrote before. Do temme what you think, comments are very welcome and immensely appreciated (they mean a lot, to me) :)

There was a king, once upon a time
He had only one treasure, but to him, it was prime
It was so wonderful, he thought it devine
He had no kingom, but for him, it was heaven sublime
But one day a storm came, took his treasure away
He was devastated, that is too little to say
He searched hard, searched true, looked every way
Whatever was done, whoever tried, his grief noone could sway
He was offered many riches, but those he had to deny
He wanted his angel, without whom, he was a bird who could not fly
He then hid his grief, a secret nobody could pry
He almost gave up hope, though his end was nigh
But fate played a game, his treasure was found again
But it was scratched and tattered, weathered in the rain
To see it like this, there was no end to his pain
Ravaged by the world, the duo seems slain
His treasure was broken, used and thrown away
To fix it, he could find no way
He was distraught, his pain impossible to belay
Mocked by the world, he knelt down to pray
He begged to god to hear his voice
To be killed or saved, he gave a choice
He, a leader once, was turned insane
His treasure broken, he can't bear the pain
He begs you, he begs this world now
Once a king, now a pauper, he has to bow
He begs for mercy, he weeps for life
He's done with it all, faced enough stride
So now he begs you, begs you to save his jewel...
Will you pray for his treasure, or will you let them rot in hell?
......please spread the message.....I ask for only a moment of your time.....
